When you book a free trial class through our form, you may provide:
- Parent's or guardian's name
- Your child's age
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Course interest and your preferred time zone
- Any notes or questions you choose to share
We also collect basic, anonymous usage data (such as pages visited) through Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

- To schedule and confirm your child's free trial class
- To match your child with a suitable teacher

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How your information is stored and shared
Your form submissions are stored securely in our database. We use trusted service providers to run the academy: a hosting and database provider to store your request, and an email provider to send us a notification so our team can follow up. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension to opt out of Google Analytics, without affecting your ability to book a class.
Your child's information
We collect only the limited information a parent or guardian provides on their child's behalf, such as age and learning needs, so we can teach effectively. A parent or guardian should always be the one to submit the form.
Your choices and rights
