What your child learns in Hifz

How our online Hifz classes work

Who Hifz classes are for

Hifz suits motivated children at any level, whether your child is just beginning to memorize short surahs or working toward becoming a Hafiz. We start where your child is and build steadily, never rushing.

Memorization works best with frequent practice, so many students on our Hifz ul Quran course join the daily plan. We will always recommend a pace that fits your family, and you can start with a free trial class to see how your child responds.

Questions parents ask about Hifz

How long does it take a child to memorize the Quran?

It depends on your child's age, their pace, and how often they attend. Children on a daily plan usually progress faster than those taking two classes a week. We set a realistic portion each week rather than rushing, because steady revision is what makes memorization last.

Does my child need to read Arabic before starting Hifz?

Yes, your child should be able to read Arabic first. If they are not there yet, we begin with Noorani Qaida and move into Hifz once their reading is fluent. A free trial class is the easiest way for us to see where your child is.

How do you stop my child forgetting what they memorized?

Every class revises earlier portions alongside the new one. This revision habit is the core of our Hifz course, and it is why we usually recommend more frequent classes for memorization students.
